ABOUT DIRECTOR-MR. ANIL BHATT
Mr. Anil Bhatt, Director, a first generation entrepreneur, as one of the key person of A+ Security & Fire Management. He is a graduate of Arts and Law and also done PG Diploma in Human Rights. He is also a certified trainer and assessor to SSSDC (Security Sector Skill Development Council) He remained as key instructor trainer in Police Acaderny, Sagar for more than a year. Mr. Bhatt had started his career with MP Police and remained on various senior position including Deputy Superintendent of Police.
Most of the time he was given assignment for prevention and detection of the crime, and maintains Law & Order, in Madhya Pradesh, which he performed nicely and he has given his outstanding performance even at Neemuch, Nagda, Dewas and Indore. He was always recognized as trouble shooter and received accolades for his work and awarded on various occasion.
It was Mr. Anil Bhatt's inclination to do something for ex-army/police personnel that led him to create this security services company. His focus has been on skill development and job creation for the youth; hence in a very short span of time A Plus Security Centre has grown large
WHY TRAINING IS REQUIRED..?
One of the most challenging aspect of 21st century for India in particular and the world in general is highest percentage of risk, robbery, theft and killing. Our families, our properties and our business are not safe in such unpredictable atmosphere. Robbery, theft and killing are the headlines of everyday.
Sensing the above situation our group has taken up the social responsibility of risk free, threat free, fire free, robbery free atmosphere where love, peace and goodwill become a hard-core strength of our society. A Plus Security and Training Center has started a training center for unskilled, raw security guards to get them professionally trained into skilled & experienced security guards.
We could see the presence of trained security guards like outside the home, shopping malls, jewelry shops, banks, Hotels, restaurant, Hospitals, Club, etc., hence, you cannot ignore the presence of security personnel in your life & when they are properly trained, it will enhance their smartness and efficiency.
The training Centre is registered under PASARA Act 2005. We have been recognized as best amongst the other PASARA REGISTERED Agencies. This act came into force in Madhya Pradesh since 2012. Section 10 of the act has made it mandatory that PASARA registered agencies can only appoint security personnel.
